    My husband and l contacted Solarhart to initially get a quote & installation of solar panels for our home.
    Initially it took well over a month to get a call back, we had to call several times. Then eventually the owner arrived, came up with a reasonable quote & he seemed quite friendly & helpful. Unfortunately he didn't get back to us at all, requiring us to call many times.
    Last week we decided to call to see if we'd been forgotten about. We were assured that we would be called back. We called this morning, promised to be called back in 10 minutes...after 2 hours, we called to cancel, the man spoken to, seemed neither apologetic or concerned.
    I can't recall any other retailers ever being so disinterested in a sale.
    If seeking solar energy in Albury/Wodonga beware!
